This studio apartment is situated in the heart of city of Zagreb. 200m from Zagreb Central park (Zrinjivac) and 450m from the main square (Bana Jelacic) The apartment is on the first floor. It was recently renovated and it has kitchen, bathroom, toilet, TV, air conditioner, heating and internet… The autonomous access to the apartment is facilitated by a digital locking system. You can check in anytime after 2pm even late at night.

The space

Noble materials and a harmonious combination of decorative elements make this apartment a real comfort zone. The studio has a high ceiling (3m50) which gives it a very nice volume. The walls olive color is referring to the olive tree symbol of this beautiful country of the Mediterranean. We will do our best to make your Zagreb stopover a pleasant one.

I don’t prefer leaving a negative review but I hope that it will help other people choose which type of experience they want to have, since ours wasn’t pleasant. First impression: the studio looks smaller than in the photos, also the walls were stained and the floors had accumulated dust in the corners so, overall it was at first a negative surprise… Also, there are two other studios and one apartment right next to this one, and since the walls are thin as paper we were hearing everyone else that was staying in other rooms, and it was Friday night (we couldn’t contact the hosts, and complain because it was after 10pm) so I can’t even try to explain what kind of noises we were hearing. Since our trip was for business it was very unpleasant not being able to rest, and totally the opposite of the name of the apartment “Comfort zone” so that’s ironic. I wanted to share this experience because these issues weren’t addressed, and if I had known about the potential discomfort and noise I would’ve searched for different accommodation. The only positive thing is the location of the apartment, and the availability of the host

The room was nice and clean, the bed invited for a relaxing sleep and the location was also very prominent: close to famous streets and places. The hosts made it easy to access the flat and I found everything as described. Thanks for a pleasant time in Zagreb!

Theo's accommodation is excellent and is located in a wonderful location in the historic part of Zagreb. The space is well furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I would definitely come back again!
