The studio is located in the heart of the city center. It is situated in the first floor of a quiet building. The studio is very functional, has its own kitchenette, bathroom with the toilet, AC, heating, TV, Internet, WIFI etc.
The building was originally designed by a local famous architect : Strosmayer. The conrtyard is parallel to the much sought pedestrian « Dezman » street. The studio decorations elements are noble and harmonious, it has a surface of 16m2, a height of 3,30m2 which gives it a pleasant volume.
It is decorated with noble materials. Although it is located in the historic heart of the city, it enjoys a quiet and a good sound and thermal insulation.
